Mr. Walli has over 10 years of experience in survey, design and construction of several engineering projects. His expertise spans full project lifecycle, from initial procurement and contract administration to on-site technical supervision and quality assurance. Specializing in water resources and infrastructure development, he has played vital design delivery roles in execution of major hydropower and transportation projects.
He has proficiently managed complex geotechnical challenges and navigated contractual obligations. Managing reservoir dam-hydropower projects, he served as key technical advisor Claims & Geotech Division, where he prepared critical documentation associated with schedules and change orders, and ensured compliance with GCC and PCC standards. As a Civil/Geotech Engineer and Project Manager, he has a record of aligning vendor selection with budgetary constraints and project timelines. His hands-on experience includes supervision of several roads, culverts, and bridges, and International Airport Metro projects.
Committed to design, construction and project management excellence, he continues to drive technical precision and operational efficiency across civil, geotechnical and hydraulic infrastructure projects. He has published articles in international journals and is proficient in three languages.
